Orders ship within 5-7 business days. If you need your order by a certain time, please contact us and we will do our best to work within your timeframe. 

Cork Collar & Cork Leash: Simply wipe clean with soap and lukewarm water periodically. Cork fabric is stain resistant!

Hemp Collar, Harness & Rope Leash: Wash your collar or leash in lukewarm water and air dry. For stubborn mud stains, scrub gently. Hemp is naturally mold resistant and anti-bacterial.

We understand one size does not always fit all. Our sizing chart is meant to give a general idea of the collar size in relation to certain breeds. Because each dog is unique, we offer standard and custom sizes for you and your pup.

All our products are made to order and handmade. Please contact us for custom sizes, we are happy to fulfill those requests if possible.

We do not refund for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.

We gladly accept any unused, unwashed, or undamaged products.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Items received more than 10 days beyond the purchase date will be returned to you at your expense.
